This reminds me, there is a company called LuLu.com that prints "Self 
published" books. Being as Busby's is in the public domain now, and almost 
impossible to get ahold of other than in electronic form (which is 
graciously provided by psubs.org). Could not Psubs.org or someone within it 
take the electronic form and have LuLu.com do a printing of this book? I'd 
love to get my hands on a copy other than the electronic form... there's 
just something to be said for being able to hold a book in your hands or on 
the workbench next to you as you tinker with something.
