These are no true submarine but boats that go very low on the water so it is very dificutl to detect them. They can not dive. The most important ingeneer that developed this kind of vessels was captured this year. These vessels are one way machines as also the crew. There are a lot of poor devils that want to make money and will accept al the risks, and their family will get some money if they die. It is a very sad thing, that produces a lot of violence, destruction and dead.
