Hi Brent,

the superstructure frames are made from stainless steel for paint and 
corrosion reason but the plating for cost reason not. 

The deck plating is mild steel at the moment - but can change later easy to aluminium 
if the boat gets later over the years to heavy.. 
The deck plating is as vissible on some pictures on hinges,
so paint job on out and inside of the paltes is very simple..
