Yeah... This one message on a long (and growing) list of posts I've been meaning
to reply (once I did the appropriate research).  In the Stachiw book there is a
table of chemicals and there effects on Acrylic, I believe Rain-X or it's active
ingredient is listed and if I remember correctly, it's not good.

Also note, if somebody washed their hands, then touched a viewport, the viewport
may fail, or become damaged and need replaced, depending on what they used to
wash their hands.  I want to make sure people can't touch my view ports...
