Thanks Dan. im just in the proccess of contacting some suppliers to get an idea of what the cost will be for the ideas i have floating around in my head. as well as doing some calculations to change the ballast arrange so it would sit relativly even keeled when atop. I'm happy to hear your working on improving / up dating the K-350. I built "Persistence", my K-350 because I really wasn't into designing a sub as much as I was into building one. Since the K-subs seemed to be the foundation of small affordable subs with a proven track record, I decided to build the K-350. After I built and used it, I see where some alterations could be made. Also, several of the purchased items had to be substituted because they are no longer available.
If your seriously thinking of updating the design and are going to share your revisions with the PSUBS community, I'd be happy to discuss particulars with you.
