Hi Cliff,
I left the details to Greg, but the dome started with 2 1/2 inch thick acrylic and is about 38 1/2 inches in diameter as formed.
I don't know much more, as it is still in the crate, but I did peek in a couple of times!
Best Regards,
Jim K

Wow! Your boat is looking great! If I had a motorcycle like yours, I think I would come for a visit. Visibility out of your massive bow viewport should be fantastic. Congratulations Jim on work to date.
Questions; for the bow viewport that Greg fabricated:
- What is the OD?
- What is the thickness at the base and apex?
- What is the outside radius?
- What was the thickness of the acrylic plate before it was blown?
Regards
Cliff
