RE: [PSUBS-MAILIST] Interphase Vista



Jon and all:
 
  The only problem I see is that with this subcon connector he sent me, the interface cable he is working with must connect to the cable already a part of this thru hull device...it was this thru hull connected cable that our cross talk was a real problem.
 
  If a thru hull connection is available whereby his nine wire interface cable can attach to it external to the sub without shorting or leaking we would have this problem solved...
 
  This is not an area that I am in any way an expert...someone else should come up with this answer.
 
  It may be that for the shallow depths his K250 sub will operate, a single potted thru hull of sorts could be used...deeper and I am at a loss...
