Glen sounds like you are really getting close. I keep away from any serious welding but

I would suggest that you finish everything on the inside you can. I did not and have been

paying for it ever since. Things be a lot easier. My next sub I will have everything finished 

that I could before the endcap went on. Removing stuff to weld is better than trying to work

in that confined space.

On a side note just got a 55 gallon drum of macro spheres. By the time I use it up I should

know something about molding the stuff.
