This question came to me privately but I'll answer it on the lists since 
it is likely of interest to everyone.

An exact schedule of events has not been finalized yet, however dive 
operations are lengthy because of the time it takes to put subs in the 
water, get towed to dive site, etc.  Expect the dive ops to be an all 
day event.  More importantly, if we tow subs out to Lake Michigan and 
you follow along on an observation boat you will not be able to return 
to land until the boat does.  We are hoping to get in multiple dives and 
of course there's nothing to stop individual sub owners from doing their 
own non-psubs-sponsored dives whenever, where ever they want to.

The technical presentations will likely be from 9am - 3pm.  Because we 
have a large number of speakers this year the technical sessions may go 
a bit longer.
