Psubbers,

Unfortunate that these plans are no longer available.  I will gladly loan my 
set out to any psubber who wants to study them.  It is a copyright violation 
to photocopy these plans, however, and I take that stuff very, very 
seriously.  So please, no cheating.  I will not be party to that.  I will 
loan you this stuff to study, not to photocopy.

That being understood, please send me your snail-mail address and I will mail 
the complete plans out to you.  First come, first served.  I anticipate that 
multiple psubbers may want to review them, so it may be some time before you 
receive them...but you will receive them.  In order to maintain the 
confidentiality of each psubber's snail-mail address, I will need to have 
these plans returned to me after each such loan.  This will delay the 
process, but will provide the privacy protection I believe each psubber is 
entitled to.  I trust you will understand that these delays are only my 
attempt to protect your privacy.

This loan will be a test for me.  I have an extensive submarine library, 
consisting of hundreds of books and articles, which I would like to make 
available to the entire psubs community.  But if I start getting ripped off, 
then I will be unable to provide this service.  So please, review the plans, 
and then send them back for the next psubber.  Thanks.
