Screw size definitions

Could someone explain the dimensioning to a prop? I assume "wheel" also meant
prop. Like:

36 x 36 3-blade Bronze
 |    |  |        |
 |    |  |         --->  Material it was made out of.
 |    |  |
 |    |	  ---> 3 blade
 |    |
 |     ---> ?
 |
  ---> 36inch diameter
