Scott,
G.L. rules has a recomendation for O2 calculations of15 l/h (liters per hour) resting & 40 l/h working.
For CO2 production 22 l/h average. However you might want to tailor that to your personal O2 requirements.
You are probably best to get the figures for your brand of Sodasorb off their web site as not all absorbants perform the same.

I have been trying to make sure I have suffecent life support for 72 hours per ABS. It seems like the research varys a little. 
I am showing
*80 cubic feet of O2 per person
*23 lbs sodasorb per person

Is this right?
