NRI also has wheels for rolling along the sea floor, however, they are not  used for haul out and she has unlimited (nuclear) power. She actually got stuck at 20,000 feet as a result of a steep drop off encountered while rolling along the sea floor! Fortunately for her crew she was able to wiggle out of the mud after several hours and resume her mission.
