Hi Pete,
Sorry for the delay, ive been away.

The through hull for the vent valve I just reamed out once it was in.  It
didn't need any polishing to make the bar fit.   Probably because the hole
is smaller than the others and so there wasn't as much distortion.  So
those two were a lot easier.
