David,
You were going to do some bollard pull  testing with your Minn Kota motor.  Did you ever get around to it.
I did a test dive today with two 50 lb thrust Minn Kota's.  I scabbed a couple of brackets under the ballast tanks to mount them.  I am trying to determine what size motors I will need.  The two 50's push Gamma at the same speed as the main 2 hp drive motor.
