We have a great deal of FEA capacity and experience with such pressure hulls, having performed both FEA and physical testing on submarine hulls for ISE and others in the past.  With the downturn in oil and gas, it is an opportune time to get a good price from such a professional outfit, and if you like, I can be personally involved on your project.
