Either in Stachiw's book, or in the PVHO. The PVHO is a little less
expensive, but Stachiw's work has a lot more in it. However, for your
request either one will probably do equally well. If you're designing
viewports you probably need a little more than just formulas, and these
publications will have information on window seats, life span of the
window, tolerances, backing materials, etc.
