Hi Ludvig,

Doug Farrow gave us a lecture at the 2002 and 2003
PSUBS Conventions. Here is a link to the 2003 material

I do have to caution you. Doug admitted the design was
a bit unstable under water. Looked fine from the
spectators point of view who could not see it
porpoising up and down under the surface.
