And that sure does look like it will be slick and fast too! If you don't mind another suggestion, a color scheme "borrowed" from any one of a number of deep diving submersibles, and it will truly look like it means business. I don't know if PVC can hold any kind of paint but, those fins in that international orange would be pretty neat.

Rick,
Care should be exhibited when working with a fast, ambient submersible as rapid depth excursions can occur resulting in extreme barotrauma. In addition, a fast negative excursion can lead to increased negative buoyancy (if neutral buoyancy is not maintained by hard tanks) further speeding the depth excursion with the possibility of not being able to pull out of it before injury.
