Hi Rick,

As far as I know there are no more CQ?s in Canada. The prototype has been shipped to Holland.

Hi Rick,

You are right, the first prototype has been built in Canada by Peter Mitton. He has formed a partnership with U-Boat Worx b.v. in the Netherlands.

I have joined the company later so I don?t really know all the details but I do know that the CQ1 we built now has nothing to do with the first prototype.

Since the first prototype there has been 2 years of engineering and finally we have come up with a very good functioning and affordable (55.000 euro) mini sub for personal and professional use.

Hope to have answered your question.

Regarding C-Questor . . .

I recall the boat having been built in BC (Canada), at least the prototype.  Has the original designer/builder sold the rights to your outfit?  Or have you, the original designer/builder/entreprenuer moved to the Netherlands?

You use CO2 scrubbers... which are units that use sodalime or other chemical means to remove/capture CO2 from the air, and then you replenish the O2 from preasurized stores of O2 or Regular air. I believe their's an article on psubs.org somewhere that gives you the rules of thumb for how much air capacity you need per person

and all the deepflight subs can be found at http://www.deepflight.com/

Hello!

Does anybody know how is the system to regenerate the air in the interior of the one atmosphere submersibles?, there are any system to absorve the CO2?.

And the second is about that submersible "deep flight aviator", where can I find some data about this machine, like operation deep, hull material, dimentions, systems, or a web page relative to it. Im really surprised since I saw it in a documental relative to a extreme machines.

Gratefully.  Andres.
