How about putting some wheels on the bottom of your sub ?
They wouldn't need to be very large. Say maybe 8 inches in diameter. Roll
the sub off the trailer while still on the ramp, then slowly let out the cable
as the sub slips into the drink.
A winch on the trailer keeps the sub from floating away........Frank
