Unduly complicated, remember KISS is elegant.  This solution still doesn’t get you through the skinny water to the channel or out to the dive site.

Just throwing out an idea, why not have a trailer that is like a hydraulic scissor lift that would place the sub on the front of the trailer for towing then when unloading it would lift the sub up hi and then back and down.  Try to picture a pendulum upside down....this would put some stress on the trailer tongue as well as possibly lift the tow vehicle.  Maybe add a stand to the rear of the trailer?
