Re: [PSUBS-MAILIST] K-250 video on YouTube

Alec,

Thanks for posting this to footage.  For all of us that are years into design and fabrication of our boats and are a bit tired, this inspires us to persevere.  I loved the opening shot of you silhouetted against the viewport while descending.  You are braver than I am in maneuvering so close to the bottom with marginal visibility.  I worry about entanglement with things like the cable you did a carrier landing with.  Again, thanks for the posting.

Subject: [PSUBS-MAILIST] K-250 video on YouTube

Lets see if this works... I just uploaded a short video to YouTube. I had to cut down the quality of the video and sound to marginal levels, and shorten the duration, so it's a most unsatisfactory version compared to the original movie. But it might be better than nothing! I'm torn between a 4 minute low res movie and a 1 minute high quality one. Maybe I'll do some of each.

If the link doesn't work, go to www.youtube.com and do a search on "Alec Smyth" or "K-250".
