To whom was your email directed? 

As for me I can barely keep on top of things. The web
site is outdated, I have three years of convention
videos to complete, the yearly awards take way more
energy then I think they should and I have a sub not
getting built.

A quarterly printed publication would require a full
time editor. Perhaps staff. Certainly it would need
submissions from the community. 

Subscriptions would pay for distribution.
