3D Printable Parts - STL files

Non-Printable Parts
  1. Two cylinders made of perforated brass sheet. The material for these is McMaster item #9360T15. Roll the perforated sheet by hand into two cylinders of 1 7/8" and 5 1/4" diameters. Roll the cylinders with about 1/2" overlap and put small pop rivets in the overlap to make a seam. Do this AFTER printing, so you can use the printed parts as diameter references. Vary the cylinder length as desired to increase or decrease Sofnolime capacity. Mine are 12" long.

  2. A backup breathing hose fabricated from "Bilgeflex" white corrugated bilge pump hose (available at West Marine).

  3. A SCUBA 2nd stage rubber mouthpiece.

  4. The white external bars parallel to the cylinders and holding them together are fiberglass structural rods, McMaster part #8543K53, drilled and with 1/4" SS threaded rod inside.

  5. A fan, for example, Delta Electronics BFB0712H (Digikey item #603-1118-ND).

  6. A small bungee cord and a couple of tiny SS screws that go through the external and internal stiffeners to hold the outside cylinder to them.
