It has come to my attention that not all members are aware of the significance that Dr. Phil Nuytten brings to the discussions of this personal submarine forum. Although his public recognition may not be as well orchestrated as Ballard, Walsh or Picard , Mr. Nuytten?s achievements and contributions to the Under Sea community are with out equal. Having Mr. Nuytten as a posting member to this forum is like having Carl Sagan as the founding member of your local telescope club.
