I can supply a 22,4inch (570mm dome) for about 1000-1400 euro plus freight.
(without classification but tickness and pressure calculate to PVHO). 

For what deep should your 36 inch dome (180 degree ?) rate ?

Stanley Plastic in UK can also make a dome to your request - I would estimate 
for about 6000 to 8000 pound sterling. But my figures are older.
