ran pressure tests on IC chips in various formats in the early 80’s.
They were looking to use an oil-filled electronics compartment for their ROV to
compensate for pressure exposure. Some performed satisfactorily, some displayed
erratic functionality, and some out right failed with packaging cracking,

entertain a thought without accepting it. From: owner- Absolutely right, failure does breed knowledge, it's best
when it's someone else do the experimenting so that you for that. Did you
ever try potting the circuits in resin? Based on your knowledge, do you
think it would do much good? Really, I need it to do a LOT of good,
