Am wondering what the diameter of the shaft is that your motors are mounted
on.
I think I recall you saying that it rotates at the hull & are
assuming you'd mount the rotary potentiometer
on the hull with a magnet on the rotating shaft.
I am making up a 10k rotary potentiometer using 10 x 1k resistors
(hopefully) so this will be compatible
with Jens unit. Jens LED display will work with the linear
potentiometer wich is 10k but with the 340 degree rotary potentiometer we will be only using 180 degrees of this so less than 5k of
resistance.
