I'll be going more the size of the robotic arm I sighted, with your
actuators on it.
I'm building my sub small & the arm will be doubling as a periscope
with a camera mounted on it.

If memory serves me, the frame was all aluminum channel he scrounged some where, with stainless pins at the joints. He installed a "disk" type thru-hull with all the oil line penetrations in one spot. He's a good fabricator and his sub has quite a few innovative design elements.
