** Not to 'Butt in " here, but making an assembly of motors and Kort nozzles
** rotate on two avis is pretty simple. Each direction can be moved by  using
** one actuator.....one for up/down and one for left/right.

Thanks for the input, Frank.

I certainly could need some of that auxiliary thrust available in tight
spots, but for me that would be more handy to put inside funnels in the
hull itself - as I will strive to keep the hull as slick as possible
without too much sticking out and contribute to extra drag.

The only major exception to that design premise would most likely be the
said propulsion system, alone. And such a large nozzle/propeller assembly
should better be able to jettison in an emergency should it be caught in
an entanglement.
