You are correct that the LLC has no possessions, however someone could sue
the LLC to collect from insurance policies and/or future earnings by the
company.

Thank you very much for the job you did. Liability isn't such a big issue in
The Netherlands (yet) as it is in the US. But i know this is a big concern
on your side of the ocean. Volonteers and members of a webring should be
free to say stupid things and come up with potentialy dangerous ideas.
That's the whole idea of a group like ours. You say the company can just as
easely be sued as an idividual. But why should someone do that, i suppose
there is nothing to gain, this LLC doesn't have any possessions or am i
missing something?
