Hugh,Do you have another reference for the 3/8 inch minimum bolt size? I found a reference in Section 7.1.3 that points to ASME PVHO-1, but nothing else. I don't have access to PVHO-1.

I have used 5/16 or 8mm at a pinch but I just had to replace 6 x 1/4" bolts on my hydraulic reservoir lid which had blown off and used 8mm Grade 8 equivalents. Also onto a supplier of Titanium bolts.
