Jon, I did not find any reference to it in PVHO or ABS but it was in Stachiw p452 11.2.4.2 Attachment. The minimum internal design pressure for windows retaining rings is 5 psig PVHO-1 2-2.11.6 and bolts safety factor of 4 using UTS. Regards, Hugh

Do you have another reference for the 3/8 inch minimum bolt size? I
found a reference in Section 7.1.3 that points to ASME PVHO-1, but
nothing else. I don't have access to PVHO-1.
